Just after graduating with a degree in Creative Writing from Oberlin College, Emily wrote, directed and produced her first feature film, “CRSHD.”
“CRSHD” went on to premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Festival and is currently available on Tubi and other online movie places. It was also cool when the NYTimes included her as one of 9 filmmakers who should be on your radar.
Her latest work, a pilot she directed and produced called “This Really Happened,” premiered at Tribeca 2024.
Emily’s other projects (short films, music videos, and web series) have played and won awards at a number of festivals.
Outside of writing and directing, Emily has worked as a personal assistant to Wes Anderson and as a producer, UPM, and 1st AD on several independent feature films, commercials and shorts.
Luckily, everything that makes her annoying in regular life (time-obsessed, speed-walker who’s energetic at 6am) makes her an asset on a film set.
Please reach out if you'd like to work together!
